I am a PhD student in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Bucharest, where I am advised by Radu-Tudor Ionescu, and a Scientist at CrowdStrike. My work focuses on visual and vision-language models that are practical under real-world constraints, from limited supervision to deployment efficiency. I am especially interested in representation quality, robustness, self-supervised learning, and parameter-efficient adaptation.
